1. Manufacturing Defect Please let us know if you encounter any of the following issues:

- A zipper is broken or does not operate smoothly.
- The clasp, buckle, or chain is defective.
- The strap appears weak or is broken.
2. Product Arrived Damaged If your handbag sustained scratches, scuffs, or dents during shipping, please report it as damaged upon arrival.
3. Color Mismatch We want you to love the color of your handbag, period. Digital screens can be tricky, so if the color you unbox is significantly different from what you saw online, don't hesitate. We’ll sort out a return or exchange for you, no fuss.
4. Incorrect Item Received You received a different handbag from the one you ordered.
5. You've Simply Changed Your Mind The handbag wasn't what you expected, or you don't love it as much as you thought you would. That’s completely fine!
How to Make a Return (It's Easy!)
Step 1: Contact Us Simply email us at help@storeform.co with your order number and the reason for the return (optional, but helpful!).
Step 2: We'll Arrange a Hassle-Free Pickup Once your return is approved, you don't have to worry about a thing. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions. There is no extra charge for this service.
Step 3: Pack the Handbag Please ensure that the handbag is:
- In its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- Has all original tags attached.
- Is placed back in its original packaging.
Important: Please contact us before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted, and contacting us first allows us to provide the quickest and smoothest process for you.
The Refund Process
- Inspection: As soon as we receive your returned handbag, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Confirmation: We will immediately notify you via email to confirm that your return has been approved.
- Refund: Once approved, a 100% full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different handbag is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can simply place a new order for the handbag you'd like instead.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately and process a full refund.
